Partners
SFTP.cloud works with two kinds of partner. A referral partner introduces customers and earns a share of what they pay. A value added reseller does the same and, with the customer's permission, also administers the customer's site on the customer's behalf.
Every customer a partner introduces remains a direct customer of Syncplify: it holds its own account, pays Syncplify directly and accepts the SFTP.cloud customer terms. A partner never holds a customer's account, and a partner leaving the program changes nothing for the customers it introduced.
Partners apply, accept their agreement and manage their organization in the Partner Portal. The agreement in force for a partner is the version an admin of the partner accepted there; the portal records the version, who accepted it and when.
The agreements
Each agreement pairs with a Commission Schedule published in the Partner Portal: the rate, the commission window, the maturity period, the payment terms and the payout minimums. Exhibit A of each agreement reproduces the schedule published with version 1.0.
